Three kinds of question, three destinations.
Orders, delivery, refunds
These go to BuyGoods and the manufacturer, not to us. We are an independently published guide with no access to order records and no ability to issue refunds.
Their support details are in your order confirmation email and on the checkout page. Have your order number and delivery date ready.
Corrections to this site
If we have something wrong we want to know — and one correction would be especially welcome. If you have a physical JointBrex bottle, a photograph of its Supplement Facts panel would settle the central question on this site.

Allergen and formulation questions go to the manufacturer
Because the label and the sales page disagree about shellfish content, we cannot answer allergen questions and would be irresponsible to try. Contact the manufacturer directly and ask for confirmation in writing. If you have a serious allergy, do not take the product until you have it.
Symptoms that need a doctor, not a supplement
- A joint that is hot, red, or visibly swollen
- Joint pain with fever, or with unexplained weight loss
- Morning stiffness lasting more than an hour
- Pain that wakes you at night, or that follows an injury
- Sudden inability to bear weight or use a joint
Several of these suggest inflammatory arthritis or joint infection rather than ordinary wear, and those need prompt medical assessment.
Medical questions
We cannot tell you whether this product suits your situation or is safe alongside your medications. A pharmacist can review your full list free of charge in a few minutes, and given the interaction profile here that is a genuinely worthwhile visit.
Check the Label Against the Claims
The single most useful thing you can do before buying this product is compare the Supplement Facts panel with what the sales page says is inside. Our pricing page has the current kit totals and the discrepancies laid out.
